SHIPPING POLICY
We ship all Vintella orders with care, ensuring each piece is securely packaged to arrive in perfect condition. Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days, and shipping times vary depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
We currently ship to a number of destinations internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen method. If you have any questions about delivery to your area, feel free to reach out and we will do our best to assist you.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Because all Vintella pieces are one of a kind, we ask that you review each listing carefully before purchasing. That said, if your item arrives damaged or significantly different from its description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
Exchanges are considered on a case by case basis and subject to availability. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
